Do not let your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. [Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.] (John 14:27, AMP)
God has not forgotten you. Rest in God and focus on getting to know him better. Then you are ready when you need to be ready. Then you hear his voice when he is leading you to something new.
I will lead the blind by ways they have not known,
along unfamiliar paths I will guide them;
I will turn the darkness into light before them
and make the rough places smooth.
These are the things I will do;
I will not forsake them.
(Isaiah 42:16, NIV)
Even when things are unclear to us, things are clear to God. Our hope is not in our own understanding but in God Almighty. When you don’t know what to do, pray. God knows your situation and will guide you step by step. It is always wise to turn to God. When you walk with God, you can’t go wrong.
Hence it is always time to praise God.
Forget the former things;
do not dwell on the past.
See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the wilderness
and streams in the wasteland.
(Isaiah 43:18-19, NIV)
You are truly amazing.
Thank you for taking care of us.
Thank you for working for us.
Thank you for guiding us
even when we don’t have a clue.
We want to be all yours.
Fill us with your Spirit,
your hope, your joy
so that we can’t but
praise your holy name
all the days of our lives.
In Jesus’ name,
Q4U: Do you trust God to take care of you even when things look unclear to you? What does help you in the process?
Be blessed, my fellow pilgrim, as you praise God for being at work behind the scenes!
