Summer Time Blessings

Summer Time Blessings

Summer Time Blessings

As I told in the recent Flowing Faith Newsletter I’ll be blogging a bit less during the summer months and the Weekend Prayer Wall is also taking a break until the fall. I will most likely be blogging at least Monday-Wednesday-Friday.

I’ve been blogging every week day for quite some time now and I don’t know how I can keep myself from blogging next Tuesday. 😉 But I know this time for renewal and recreation will be a blessing, too. Like Spurgeon has said “Rest time is not waste time. It is economy to gather fresh strength… It is wisdom to take occasional furlough. In the long run, we shall do more by sometimes doing less.

However, I am hoping to stay in touch with you over the summer. If you need prayer, let me know. If you have some questions, I am open to tackle them. And know that you don’t need any reason to say hi. I am always delighted to hear from you.

May you enjoy your summer to the fullest! Remember that
The Lord is your protector;
    the Lord is your shade right beside you.
The sun won’t strike you during the day;
    neither will the moon at night.
The Lord will protect you from all evil;
    God will protect your very life.
The Lord will protect you on your journeys—
    whether going or coming—
    from now until forever from now.
(Psalm 121: 5-8, CEB)

Gracious God,
I ask for blessings upon all the friends of Flowing Faith.
Bless each of them individually according to their needs.
Let this summer be a time of renewal for all of us.
Guide our steps, bless our time at home and away.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen

Q4U: Do you have a question or a prayer request?

Be blessed, my fellow pilgrim, as you enjoy your life to the fullest!
