If you feel your life is too full, too chaotic, too messy to find time to pray. Think again. You can not get anything meaningful done before praying. Actually you can simplify your life with prayer. When we leave our burdens to God we can get on with our life. Prayer will intensify our joy of living.

If you feel you have too many things to pray about that there is no point to even start praying because it’s all too overwhelming. Think again. God hears even your groans. It’s more about the attitude. Who is in charge? You or God? When we pray we refocus our attention to God we get our perspective right. Prayer will intensify our trust in God.

If you feel that there is no point to do anything, even praying. Think again. Prayer is not a performance. Prayer is about inviting the Holy Spirit into our lives. Prayer simplifies our lives because it gets the power of God working in us, through us and for us. Prayer will intensify our hope.

If you feel that your faith has hit a dry spell and there is no words for praying. Think again. You can enter God’s presence without words. Like Ole Hallesby has said “There come times when I have nothing more to tell God. If I were to continue to pray in words, I would have to repeat what I have already said. At such times it is wonderful to say to God, “May I be in Thy presence, Lord? I have nothing more to say to Thee, but I do love to be in Thy presence.” Don’t miss God’s presence for anything! When we enter God’s presence we will be fed. Prayer will intensify our faith.

If you feel like you don’t have anything to give to God. Think again. All God want is your heart. It’s not about you working hard for God. It’s God living in you and working through you. Simplify your life with prayer. When we pray we are reminded of God’s grace. Prayer will intensify our salvation life.

Prayer is the key for Christian living. It keeps us on the right track. We don’t either go wandering off on our own or working our heads off to please God. Instead we enter into what God is doing and rest in his grace. Prayer simplifies our lives. Prayer keeps us connected to God. And in God we have everything we need. Prayer intensifies our joy, our trust, our hope, our faith, our salvation life. Thanks be to God!
